Poaching is simply not tolerated.

It hasn't happened yet, but if a complaint is laid, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the membership of both the poacher and the poach-ee.  

All PowerHouse Professionals and their employers sign the PowerHouse Code of Conduct, which expressly prohibits poaching.
